Workin' hard

So...Before my 3 week trip to Paris I already had a lot to do, but now it is madness :) I keep telling to myself that in July I will take some time off to take care and refresh this blog, but I'm not so sure, new commissions are coming , and everyone want something done before some event.. Perhaps in September than? I've got some ideas to talk about after visiting Musée de l'Armee - about repairments and original surface on armours, also I realized I indeed need to buy some good camera, cause all great photos I've taken in France are shitty-gritty..
In the meantime :

Bern Armour

Inspired with so called Grandson Armour. Heat treated 50Hf and C45 steels, brassed elements, solid brass rivets and brass capped rivets (made by Josh Davis).
That's not the biggest project I've been working on this year, but with the biggest bling bling for sure.

Nareszcie po za innymi projektami znalazłem czas na odrobinę gotyku :D . Po wykonaniu nowych młotków do kanelowania, ogarnęło mnie istne szaleństwo , przed zimowym popisem Roty Pana Kacpra, zrobię tego tonę, albo i dwie. A przynajmniej dokończę kilka rozpoczętych wcześniej projektów , wszystkie czternastkowe hartowanki muszą jeszcze poczekać, ale że kanele koncentrują jakąś kosmiczną moc w ręku, to po powrocie z Zimowego Grodźca zaatakuję sprężynówkę ze zdwojoną mocą!

Oto foto-reportaż z najnowszego projektu, może nie najbardziej wymagającego, który przerwałem jakiś czas temu, właśnie z powodu awarii kanelotwórczych młotków :
